Mayor Mike Schultz Shares His Vision for Boerne in the Upcoming Year:

On the morning of May 15th, 2011, Mike Schultz awoke to the realization, that after months of campaigning, he was now the newly elected Mayor of Boerne. His emotions were of course that of excitement and anticipation of things to come, but with that came the awareness of the significance of his new position. “The first thing that hit me was that 12,000 people are expecting me to do the right thing for our community everyday. It is vital that I do the job well,” said Mayor Schultz. He added, “It is an honor to be the Mayor of Boerne and I take the responsibility very seriously.”
